women unlimited google hangout – the challenges of working from home
Yesterday I was thrilled to be asked by Julie Hall, founder of Women Unlimited Worldwide to join her and fellow guest Judy Heminsley, on a discussion about the challenges of working from home through to how to create the ideal home office. It was also my first experience on Google Hangout. I had no idea of what to expect. Thankfully Julie was at the controls.
So in the first of Julie’s regular series of Google Hangouts for the Micro Entrepreneur, Julie, Judy Heminsley, the author of Work From Home and I discussed some of the challenges we face adjusting to working from home.
Whilst Judy’s area of expertise is about the strategies, logistics and the how to’s of working from home, my focus was around the actual environment, space and colour – based on my Women Unlimited Worldwide article How to make your home office really work for you.
You can watch our Google Hangout discussion below. It runs for about 35 minutes (listen out for Julie’s giggles at the beginning… love it).
