MIX Awards 2024 entry + judges announced

The Mix Awards are the undisputed awards event of the year.

And this year they’re marking a significant milestone – the 20th anniversary of their industry-leading awards.

Organised and hosted by Mix Interiors, the Mix Awards are the UK’s leading
events for commercial interiors. bringing over a thousand respective peers
together to celebrate the country’s best projects, products and people.

Want to enter the MIX Awards?

Unlike other award ceremonies, there are no entry fees for Mix Awards and there is no limit on the number of submissions that can be made by a company in each edition. This is great as it removes the often crippling entry fee barrier for smaller practices and independent designers.

There are 21 categories you can enter, covering the full spectrum of commercial interior design, from workplace and hospitality to public sector and living, as well as products and people.

The Mix Awards is open to all registered companies, as well as all individual professional architects and designers over the age of 18.

If your are based outside of the UK, you’ll be able to enter providing the design team/architect is based in the UK or the product is sold/based in the UK.

Meet the MIX Awards 2024 Judges

This year’s judging panel comprises of key players in the interiors, design and property community. They range from architects, designers, consultants, thought leaders and end users – all of whom are involved in the commercial sector.

Reflecting the full spectrum of commercial interior design and architecture, this year’s judges each have a unique perspective on design across multiple disciplines, from biophilia and colour to neurodiversity and inclusivity, representing some of the most influential and recognised practices and brands in the industry.

And I’m honoured to be asked to judge this year.

I’ll be on the look out for innovative use of colour and where it’s been used to enhance the human experience for positive good and positive change, beyond just creating beautiful spaces and products.

The MIX Awards ceremony

And by all accounts, the award ceremony is epic!

The good news is, it’s open to anyone in the industry, so even if you don’t enter, you can still be there.

It will be held at Evolution, London, SW11 4NJ on 27 Jun 2024.

I can’t wait to soak up the atmosphere, cheer on the winners and dance the night away with 1500 industry peers. If you’re going, don’t forget to come over and say hi. You’ll be able to spot me. I’ll be wearing something colourful!
